Hottest Smooches

Sometimes it's just a cute peck and sometimes seductive prelude to a love making scene, Bollywood has its own style of showing kissing scenes on screen. Here's a peek at the best smooches, Bollywood style...

Aashiq Banaya Aapne: Tanushree Dutta made headlines for her kissing scene in her debut movie Aashiq Banaya Aapne with the 'serial kisser' Emraan Hashmi. The scene was too hot to handle.

Khwahish: The actress shoots from the lip literally! She kissed her way into fame in the 2003 flick Khwahish opposite Himanshu Malik. The film made headlines because of the 17 kisses between the two.

Murder: Mallika's kissing act with serial kisser Emraan Hashmi and good-buy Ashmit Patel in the runaway hit 'Murder' got the catcalls and seetis from frontbenchers.

The Train: Emraan Hashmi and Geeta Basra's kissing scene in The Train followed by a hot love making scene had the producers rushing to the bank!

Dayavan: The film which featured one of the longest smooches in B'wood between a very young Madhuri Dixit and a much older Vinod Khanna. Directed by Feroz Khan, the movie tells the story of a gangster and a prostitute (Madhuri) and their attempt to live an honourable life.

Raja Hindustani: The film was the 1996 hit, Raja Hindustani directed by Dharmesh Darshan which featured the steamy kiss in the rain by Aamir played a poor taxi driver in love with rich girl Karisma and the film was the usual story of their struggle to keep love afloat despite their different economical backgrounds.

Kyun! Ho Gaya Na: The lovebirds of that year, Vivek Oberoi and Aishwarya Rai locked lips on-screen for their first film together Kyun.. Ho Gaya Naa..

Dhoom 2: Aishwarya locked lips again, this time with hottie Hrithik Roshan in the 2006 hit, 'Dhoom 2'. But unlike 'Shabd', this kiss created a media splash when a lawyer filed a case against the two actors for lowering the dignity of Indian women and the movie gave an obscene message to India's youth.

Jaanbaaz: Dimple Kapadia shared a passionate smooch with Anil Kapoor in Jaanbaaz. Rated as one of the most erotic kissing scenes in B'wood, the on-screen pair was shown making out in a haystack... very filmi!

Jism: The hunk first kissed and romanced his current girlfriend, Bipasha in the 2003 flick, 'Jism'. John played the other man in an extramarital affair and the move was wriiten by Mahesh Bhatt, the film had a lot of steamy scenes.

Paap: John, the lucky man shared some rather hot moments with co-star Udita Goswami in Pooja Bhatt's directorial debut, Paap.

Sagar: Dimple Kapadia made her debut with Rishi Kapoor in Bobby. Back then, they were just kids. Post-marriage and her separation from Rajesh Khanna, Dimple teamed up with Rishi again, and this time they shared a kiss in the 1985 movie Sagar.

Shabd: Ice maiden Aishwarya Rai thawed just enough to share a searing kiss with Sanjay Dutt in Leena Yadav's 2005 flick Shabdh. Sanjay played a frustrated writer, who finds his muse in his wife (Aishwarya). Zayed Khan is the third wheel that provides intrigue and drama to the equation.

Sania-Shoaib walima marred by unruly guests

Lahore, Apr 28: For the second time, Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik were forced to leave their reception function earlier than planned as they were troubled by unruly guests. The groom Malik hosted a 'walima' or reception on Tuesday, Apr 27 in Lahore's Pearl Continental Hotel to celebrate his marriage to Indian tennis star Sania Mirza. Sources revealed that the ceremony ended before the scheduled time after some guests began behaving in an unruly manner. The ceremony was cut short as the 'unruly' guests began forcing the newly-wed cross border couple to pose of photos. While Wasim Bari and Aamir Sohail were the only two test cricketers who attended the ceremony, the high-profile guest list included, prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani's son Abdul Qadir, federal sports minister Aijaz Jakhrani, Punjab governor Salmaan Taseer, and population welfare minister Firdous Aashiq Awan. However, the sources were of the opinion that the reception in Lahore was better organised

Malik-Siddiqui row enters legal twist

The controversy over Sania Mirza’s marriage to Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik gets uglier, as the Siddiquis, who claim that the cricketer married their daughter Ayesha in 2002, on Saturday sent a legal notice to the Maliks. This legal notice was dispatched today morning and will take 48 working hours to reach the Maliks in Pakistan. The family has sent a legal notice the Maliks on the grounds of defamation, harassment, character assassination and fraud. Sources said that plans are being undertaken to bring both the families to a discussion table to resolve the issue. Meanwhile, Shoaib Malik too turned to legal services, by hiring a Delhi-based lawyer named Ramesh Gupta, to file a defamation case against the Siddiquis. Gupta, who has a chamber in Delhi's Patiala House court complex, is a former chairman of Bar Council of Delhi. He has appeared as defence lawyer in high-profile cases like BMW hit-and-run case and is main lawyer for Rahul Mahajan in the ongoing trial over the latter
